RETURNS & REFUNDS
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the artwork, without giving any reason.
How to request a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at admin@iva-art.com with:
– your order number,
– the artwork name,
– your full name and address,
– a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the artwork is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Condition of returned artworks
Returned artworks must be returned in the original condition and packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). We may reduce the refund if the value of the artwork has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the artwork.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Damaged or defective artworks
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at admin@iva-art.com.
To allow us to properly assess the claim, please include in your email:
– clear photos of the outer packaging as received,
– clear photos of the inner packaging,
– clear photos of the damaged artwork,
– your order number.
All photos must be taken immediately upon delivery or during the unpacking process, before any further handling of the artwork.
Failure to provide the requested photographic evidence within the specified time frame may result in the claim being rejected.
After reviewing the claim, we will inform you of the outcome and, if approved, offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or a replacement where possible.
Commissioned or personalized artworks
The right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the European Union and selected international destinations.
Processing time:
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time:
EU delivery: 3–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or external factors beyond our control.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs depend on the destination and package size and will be communicated to the buyer before shipment.
Packaging:
All artworks are securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Damaged deliveries:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours after delivery by email at admin@iva-art.com.
Please include clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the artwork.
