“The Midnight Man”
“The Midnight Man” embodies the eternal struggle of humanity against limitations and insurmountable obstacles in life. Despite all aspirations and efforts, no one can avoid encountering forces capable of penetrating through any barriers. This representation vividly expresses the inevitability of fate and the unpredictability of life, emphasizing its complexity and contradictions. However, alongside the dark idea of inevitable resistance, a contrast emerges between the impossibility of avoiding obstacles and the aspiration for heights.
“The Midnight Man” provokes contemplation on the complexity of human existence, on facing unavoidable obstacles, and the unpredictability of life. It conveys the notion that even in the highest ascents and free flights, that very arrow of obstruction, ready to pierce through, can always be found.
The painting took part in the German exhibitions “Mysticus” and “The Power of Imagination”, and is part of the artist’s “Golden Collection”.
