“Depersonalization”
This painting took part in the artist’s personal exhibition “Mixticius” in Germany.
The stream of non-stop informational garbage poured into our heads every second depersonalizes us, controls us, strives to turn us into a gray, pale mass drawn with a simple pencil, which, if desired, can be easily erased…
Each of us has our own individual color, aura, energy, and soul. We come into this world untouched and pure, but find ourselves in a stream of information – newspapers, magazines, people, movies… All of this is the ‘food’ we consume, and as a result, it ‘consumes’ us… it changes us, shapes us, and nurtures us, or slowly destroys us… The choice is ours… what to consume, who to be, and what to become.
The picture is painted on primed canvas.
Materials such as pastel pink, newspaper and varnish were used in the work.
The painting is varnished.
Hanging hardware installed.
30*40 cm.
